68Fit provides general educational information. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or individualized professional supervision.

1. Not medical advice

Workouts, exercise demonstrations, machine-identification results, progress information, outdoor suggestions, nutrition education, devotionals, reminders, and automated or AI-generated responses are for general information and education. They are not medical advice and do not create a healthcare-provider relationship.

Do not use 68Fit to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or injury. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of 68Fit.

2. Consult a qualified professional

Consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you:

  • have heart, lung, metabolic, neurological, joint, bone, muscle, balance, or other medical concerns;
  • are pregnant or recently gave birth;
  • have an injury, recent surgery, unexplained symptoms, or exercise restrictions;
  • take medication affecting heart rate, blood pressure, balance, hydration, temperature regulation, blood sugar, or exercise tolerance;
  • have been inactive or are uncertain whether activity is appropriate; or
  • are under 18 and need age-appropriate supervision.

3. Stop and seek help

Stop exercising immediately for chest pain or pressure, severe or unusual shortness of breath, faintness, confusion, loss of coordination, sudden severe headache, sharp or worsening pain, unusual weakness, heart palpitations, signs of heat illness, or another concerning symptom. Seek prompt medical care and call 911 for a possible emergency.

68Fit does not monitor workouts in real time and cannot contact emergency services for you.

4. Assumption of risk

Physical activity carries inherent risks including strains, sprains, falls, collisions, equipment failure, dehydration, heat or cold exposure, allergic reaction, cardiovascular events, permanent injury, and death. Outdoor activities add risks involving traffic, terrain, weather, wildlife, water, visibility, remote areas, crime, and delayed emergency response.

You choose whether and how to participate and are responsible for evaluating your health, skill, environment, equipment, and activity. Start conservatively, use proper technique, follow posted and manufacturer instructions, and obtain in-person instruction or a spotter when needed.

5. Machine-identification limits

Photo-based identification can be wrong and may omit the model, labels, damage, missing parts, adjustments, attachments, safety mechanisms, or calibration. Similar machines may operate differently.

Confirm the machine and instructions with its manufacturer or qualified facility staff. Inspect the equipment. Do not use equipment that is damaged, unstable, modified, improperly assembled, unlabeled, or unfamiliar.

6. No guaranteed results

Results vary with health, genetics, consistency, sleep, nutrition, medication, stress, technique, and environment. 68Fit does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, strength, performance, health improvement, injury prevention, spiritual outcomes, or any result or timeframe.

7. Nutrition and supplements

Nutrition and supplement information is general education, not a prescription or individualized dietetic advice. Changes and supplements can cause side effects, allergies, interactions, or other risks. Consult an appropriate qualified professional, particularly if you have a medical condition or take medication.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your decisions and for using reasonable care. By using 68Fit, you acknowledge these limitations and risks. This acknowledgment does not waive rights or liability that cannot legally be waived.
